MOROTSKAKA (ca. 16 bitar) rund form med "hål i mitten"

1/2 liter mjöl
1 tsk bikarbonat
1 tsk bakpulver
1/2 tsk muskot
2 tsk kanel
Salt, 1 nypa

3-4 ägg
1/2 liter socker
21/2 dl olja
1/2 liter morötter (1/2 grovt +1/2 fint rivet)
2 1/2 dl russin
2 1/2 dl valnötter (grovt hackade)

Blanda ihop de torra ingredienserna. Rör ägg samt socker smidigt, tillsätt olja, rivna morötter, russin, valnötter samt det ”torra”. Fördela smeten i en väloljad rund springform.

Ugn (Över o undervärme) 175 grader, 1.40 timme, mitten, täck formen efter 45 min. (aluminium folie)

Carrot cake (16 pieces) round baking pan with a "hole in the center"

1/2 litre flour
1 teaspoonful of bicarbonate
1 teaspoonful of baking powder
1/2 teaspoonful of nutmeg
2 teaspoonsful of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt

3-4 eggs
1/2 litre sugar
2 1/2 dl oil
1/2 litre carrots (1/2 coarsely + 1/2 finely grated)
2 1/2 dl raisins
2 1/2 dl walnuts (coarsely chopped)

Mix all the dry ingredients. Stir eggs and sugar until it's smooth, add oil, grated carrots, raisins, walnuts and the dry stuff.

Pour the mixture in a well-oiled round spring form baking pan.
Oven (top and bottom heat) 175 degrees, 1h 40 min., in the center, cover the tin after 45 minutes (aluminium foil)

Still a few glitches.
Spring pan should be in two words, no dash.
Carrot cake should be in two words.
Spring form should be in two words.

The other forms are very Scandinavian, not English.
