First of all, welcome to cucumis

It's really easy to add your photo. On your profile page, on the left hand side, there is a link entitled "edit". Click on this link. Scroll down the page it takes you to until you see "add avatar". Click on this, you will be invited to choose a photo from your computer. Once you have chosen, click to send. You may need to retype your password in order to validate.

If you have any problems, just shout

Maybe you have misunderstood the rules!
Make sure you add the other languages to your profile target or source languages before you can translate these langauges.
