Can you tell me which of these forms is the correct??

or

ميتين و سبعة و ثلاثين

or the translation that you have propose...

Can you tell me about the translation I made that someone complained about? "anybody can do what you just did", that is completely wrong, I did NOT use a machine translator. I spent a lot of time just to translate a few words (I looked up for each word on the dictionaries individually). I've been translating texts professionally for years. I know both Arabic and English fluently, but I also know the basics of many other languages. I'm confident that the translations I provided are accurate by at least 90% unless you prove to me otherwise. There were many texts that I didn't translate just because I was not sure about one word or two. Anyway, I will stop wasting my time on this site. It was nice knowing you.

Hi Elmota, first I like to be thankful for having translated the words that I requested. Now in case that you obtain to help me, I need the font that you used to write in Arab, by chance you I know where I can finds-there, since already I thank its aid.
