This text is quite complicated..because in Thai we can use word "friend" for one whom we are talking to...I need more content because I'm not sure if she meant this friend as Noui or other friend. Could you please show me the whole original text? But firstly I will say that she meant about Noui.

เอ้เข้ามาในห้อง เราไม่ได้ใส่ใจและเราก็ไม่ฟังมัน และเราก็เหนื่อยกับปากของเอ้มัน แล้วเรื่องที่หนุ่ยไปพูดให้ใคร ตอนนี้เราคิดมาก เราก็คิดถึงหนุ่ยด้วย เรารู้สึกเหงา อยากจะโทรหาเพื่อนแต่กลัวเพื่อนไม่รับโทรศัพท์
