Je pense à "toi aussi tu ne te trouves pas mal", si ma suggestion de correction de l'original est bonne.
Par contre si le sens est : toi aussi tu te sens mal (tu es dans une mauvaise passe), tampoco ne convient pas en bon espagnol, puisque ce mot est utilisé pour une seconde négation (non plus).
