Can somebody please help me to translate this text from Turkish to English ..?

Hello everybody ..! I'm new here ...
I have an big problem - I can't translate this text from Turkish to English ... I know Turkish a little, but I really don't understand what my friend wanted to say in this text :

Ya merhaba sen de türksün galiba benim açtığım bir konuya türkçe bir mesaj geldi de ve sanırım otomatik bir mesaj falandıben de türkçe cevap vermeyeyim pm atayım dedim şimdi türkçe cevap verirsem forumda şey olur falan diye bu arada selam.
